No, it has on the long side an adhesive band covered by a strip that has a short square protected
tab at its edge.
Do you need a machine To bind documents with Eli’s Paper® sheets?
No, you can bind documents without using any machines.
How many pages can you bind with the Eli’s Paper® system?
The Eli’s Paper® system is ideal To bind documents from 2 pages up To 100 pages.
Can the Eli’s Paper® sheets be use on ink-jet and laser printers or copiers?
Yes, they can be used on either ink-jet and laser printers or copiers as long as the paper is fed in
length ways with the clear tape strip up following the paper.
How much time does it take To bind a document with Eli’s Paper®?
It takes only 30 seconds.
Which way up should the Eli’s Paper® sheets be inserted in the manual feed guides of the printer or
copier?
The Eli’s Paper® sheets can be inserted with the tab side or long side in first without causing
damage To the printer or copier, also can be inserted in paper tray.
Should the Eli’s Paper® sheets always be inserted through the manual feed guides?
No, they should be inserted in your paper tray and set tray for A4 size, and through the manual feed
guides only if the printer or the copier has a side feed system.
Are the Eli’s Paper® sheets printable on both sides?
Yes, it is suggested To print only on the front side of the Eli’s Paper® sheets, But you can print on
the back as well as the front.
How should the strips be pulled when you bind a document with Eli’s Paper®?
You should pull all the strip tabs outwards avoiding any tearing. For documents that have more than
10 pages it is suggested to pull 5 strips at a time.
Should the clear strip be on the top or bottom surface of my printed pages?
After printing your Eli’s Paper® sheets, the clear strip should be on the back of each printed sheet.
Do I have to use the cover?
No, the cover does not need to be used on your presentation. You can leave the cover off and seal
sheets together.
Is the back cover essential to bind a document with Eli’s Paper®?
Yes, for a complete binding you must always use the back cover otherwise you risk sticking the
sheets on other items.
Can I print on the back cover?
Yes, the back cover can be printed. The weight of the back cover is 230 gram or 9 mills. It is very
similar in weight to photo paper.
Can I add a sheet to a presentation I have already bonded together?
Yes, only the front sheet, once a presentation has been assembled and bound together it cannot be
pulled apart without destroying the binding on that page. It guaranty that the document will not be
altered once it is bonded.
